Charlotte Art Consultants led by Ann Bourgeois was essential in helping Cushman & Wakefield create a space that was representative of our industry leading culture and success.  We worked closely with our architect and Ann to bring our vision of a unique, fresh and edgy space, all while remaining sophisticated.  The design was intentional in adding splashes of color through one of a kind sculptures, handblown glass and paintings to bring the space to life.  Ann worked tirelessly to find the right pieces that not only met our taste and vision, but created focal points to give our space that wow factor.  She was truly an asset to our design team and I would highly recommend her.

As the 5th largest insurance brokerage in the world with over 450 offices in North America, the task of building and appointing an office that is unique and local can be challenging.  Our newly built office space is modern, and we wanted to focus on all things Charlotte.  We are proud of our city; the natural tree canopy, the historic neighborhoods, our local art talent.  We asked ourselves, "how do we make visitors from across the country feel like they are in our beloved Charlotte, NC? Working with Ann Bourgeois and Charlotte Art Consultants on The Ronald McDonald

House of Charlotte project was such a pleasant experience for both our client and me.

Their expertise in the art selection and placement process was vital to the success of

this project.  Great time and effort was given to find not only numerous pieces, but

pieces that truly added to and complimented the design of the space.  They were

able to take what I thought to be a complex installation with many moving parts and

pieces and find a simple, straightforward solution.  It was a pleasure to have the
